Banana Bread— four “small” loaves<\/p>\n
2 Cup Sugar <\/p>\n
1 Cup Butter 1 stick=1\/2 cup,<\/p>\n
2 Teaspoon Baking Soda <\/p>\n
2 Teaspoon Salt <\/p>\n
4 Each Egg(s) <\/p>\n
1 Cup Milk sour milk or part sour<\/p>\n
cream<\/p>\n
6 Cup Flour <\/p>\n
6 Each Banana\/s large<\/p>\n
2 Cup Walnuts, chopped or more<\/p>\n
Instructions<\/p>\n
1. Cream sugar and butter in mixing bowl.<\/p>\n
2. Add eggs and blend.<\/p>\n
3. Add sour milk. (To “make” sour milk, put 1 TBSP vinegar in bottom of one<\/p>\n
cup measure before adding milk to glass measure.) Blend.<\/p>\n
4. Mix flour, salt, and soda in another bowl with a fork.<\/p>\n
5. Stir gradually into creamed mixture.<\/p>\n
6. Add smashed bananas.<\/p>\n
7. Pour into four small, well-greased bread pans.<\/p>\n
8. Bake at convection at 350′ for 30-45 mins or until fork or toothpick<\/p>\n
inserted in center comes out clean. (Regular oven 45-60 mins.)<\/p>\n

3 Teaspoon Allspice <\/p>\n

1 1\/2 Cup Butter 1 stick=1\/2 cup<\/p>\n
4 1\/2 Cup Sugar <\/p>\n
1 1\/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg, ground <\/p>\n
4 3\/4 Cup Flour <\/p>\n
1 Cup Evaporated Milk <\/p>\n
1 Each Canned Pumpkin each=24 oz here<\/p>\n
Instructions<\/p>\n
1. Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl until thoroughly<\/p>\n
mixed.<\/p>\n
2. Pour into greased and floured bread pans (two).<\/p>\n
3. Cook for 40-55 minutes convection or one hour regular at 350′.<\/p>\n
4. Yield four large loaves.<\/p>\n

1 Cup Sugar <\/p>\n

1 Teaspoon Vanilla <\/p>\n
2 Cup Flour <\/p>\n
2 Cup Apples, sliced <\/p>\n
1\/2 Cup Nuts, chopped optional<\/p>\n
Topping Ingredients:<\/p>\n
2 Tablespoon Margarine very soft<\/p>\n
3 Tablespoon Flour <\/p>\n
3 Tablespoon Brown Sugar <\/p>\n
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon <\/p>\n
Instructions<\/p>\n
Blend margarine, eggs and sugar together. Add soda, salt and vanilla; beat.<\/p>\n
Add flour, mix, and then add apples and nuts. Place in greased bread pan.<\/p>\n
Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of breads.<\/p>\n
Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes.<\/p>\n
Freezing Directions:<\/p>\n
Wrap in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil. Seal, label and freeze.<\/p>\n
Serving Directions:<\/p>\n
Allow the bread to thaw. Slice and enjoy.<\/p>\n
